Our typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. As a small, two-person mobile team, we may not always be able to respond or schedule visits the same day. Weekend appointments may be available on a limited basis with prior arrangement, depending on availability.

Clinic Policies

These guidelines help us ensure safe, respectful, and efficient care for all patients, clients, and staff.


>24-Hour Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Because we travel to each appointment, our schedule is limited and carefully planned. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the travel and exam fees.

  • Deposits are required for all appointments and are applied to your final invoice.
    Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to care for as many pets as possible.


Respectful Behavior Policy

Whisker Waggin’ Mobile Veterinary Care maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, aggressive, or abusive behavior toward staff in any form—verbal, written, or physical.
Any such conduct will result in immediate termination of services with no appeals and forfeiture of travel and exam fees.
We believe in compassion and mutual respect, which are essential to quality care for both people and pets.

Waivers

Required waivers will be sent via email/text prior to visit, or presented in person, and must be filled out ahead of visit.

If required waivers are not complete prior to scheduled visit, visit cannot commence, and travel and exam fees will be forfeited.
