Please note Whisker Waggin’ Mobile Veterinary Care operates from a 23-foot mobile veterinary unit equipped for outpatient diagnostics, treatment, and routine surgical procedures. Due to the nature of mobile operations and the limitations inherent in this setting, the following conditions and service restrictions apply:

Property Access & Safety

Our mobile clinic is a large vehicle requiring safe and reasonable access for parking and maneuvering. We reserve the right to determine whether a driveway, road, or property location is safe and suitable for our vehicle. If access is determined to be unsafe, we may request an alternate meeting location or reschedule your appointment at our discretion. This decision is made solely to protect the safety of our staff, equipment, and vehicle.

Large Dog Service Restrictions

Due to the limited space within our mobile unit, including the size and weight capacity of our surgical and dental tables and recovery area, we may be unable to accommodate very large or giant breed dogs for certain procedures—particularly surgeries, dental cleanings, and imaging.
At our discretion, we may refer large or heavy patients to a stationary facility better equipped for their safe handling and recovery. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services for dogs whose size or temperament poses a safety risk to the patient, staff, or equipment.

Fractious or Aggressive Animal Policy

For the safety of all patients and staff, animals that display aggressive, fractious, or dangerous behavior may be refused service. We reserve the right to discontinue an examination or procedure if an animal cannot be safely handled despite appropriate restraint, sedation, or fear-free techniques.
If a patient’s temperament poses a risk of injury, we may:

  • Recommend pre-visit sedation or anxiety medication prescribed in advance, or

  • Refer the patient to a stationary clinic equipped for heavy sedation, specialized restraint, or additional personnel support.

A service fee may apply if an appointment must be terminated due to unsafe behavior after arrival.

No Grooming or Nail Trim–Only Services

Whisker Waggin’ Mobile Veterinary Care does not provide grooming or cosmetic services such as haircuts, baths, or coat trimming.
We also do not offer nail trim–only appointments, as our scheduling and equipment are reserved for medical services and comprehensive care visits. Nail trims may be performed only in conjunction with a medical examination or procedure, at the veterinarian’s discretion.

No Hospitalization Services

As a mobile practice, we do not have the capacity to hospitalize patients overnight or provide continuous monitoring. Patients requiring ongoing care, IV fluid therapy, or 24-hour observation will be referred to a full-service or emergency facility.

No Emergency or Ambulance Services

Whisker Waggin’ Mobile Veterinary Care is not an ambulance or emergency service provider. We are not equipped to respond to life-threatening emergencies or critical situations requiring immediate intensive care. In the event of an emergency, clients should contact the nearest 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital.

Limited Availability of Urgent, Surgical, and Comprehensive Diagnostic Services

We are a single-doctor practice with limited appointment availability. While we make every effort to accommodate urgent cases, we cannot guarantee same-day or immediate service. Additionally, certain advanced diagnostics or procedures may not be available in the mobile setting and may require referral to a stationary veterinary facility.
